About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are passionate about software development and eager to gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining business-critical applications.
In this role, you will work closely with senior developers to develop and support in-house systems, perform routine IT processing tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical assistance to our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist senior developers in building and maintaining in-house applications
• Perform daily IT processing and routine operations
• Help test, debug, and improve existing software systems
• Troubleshoot basic technical and application-related issue
• Support BPO operations team with technical needs
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy (PDF handling, file naming, folder organization).
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently or in a team.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of PHP or VB.NET. We’ll train you on our tech stack
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, MySQL. Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices
• Strong problem-solving attitude, eager to learn, and good team player
