- Manage and maintain rigorous quality control procedures and involves inspecting materials, monitoring production lines, and verifying product specifications to maintain adherence to quality standards.
- To effectively planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the project-specific quality assurance measures in the project, focuses on preventative effects, strategies to streamline processes, reduce defects, and optimize the workflows.
- Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, training and support to ensure a high level of competence and motivation within the team.
- Supervise the teams, to provide guidance and feedback in a timely manner.
- To verify adequate calibration of key measuring equipment are done at supplier and to ensure correct/proper measuring equipment/inspection are used during inspection.
- To ensure product qualification and quickly address quality matters, implement feedback, and uphold strong relationships.
- Investigate product issues and implement corrective and preventive actions and liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related issues.
- Follow-up closely and collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards of incoming materials, and ensure every product qualification process meet customer’s requirements and timeline.
- Support Procurement in part qualification to guide suppliers to meet our product quality including packaging are sufficient cargo protection and effective transportation.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, related specification and inspection method an added advantage.
