Core Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
- Follow up proactively with customers to update them on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction
remote and explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers over the phone. - Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, distributors, and other automotive clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up on sales leads. Achieve sales KPI
- Maintain an accurate record of calls, prospects, and sales activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field
- Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
