About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at PH World Property Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residential sales operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes and excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and manage the sales administration process, including sales submission, handling enquiries, and maintaining accurate client records
- Prepare and process sales-related documentation, such as loan status reports and sales reports
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- In-charge of loan submission, loan documents collection and follow up loan status with sales person and bankers.
- Liaise with solicitors and bankers for the SPA, LO and Loan Agreement signing arrangement and documentation
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department through process improvements and proactive problem-solving
What we’re looking for
- Minimum Diploma in any field or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the property development industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Willing to travel from HQ (Johor Bahru) to sales galleries (Kulai & Gelang Patah) when required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Experienced using IFCA software system is an added advantage.
