Administrative Officer

  • Experience will be welcomed but not required
  • The job duties will involve data entry, typing of documents, updating of database, lodgments with government systems.
  • Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
  • Monitoring of statutory deadlines for clients
  • Managing client’s expectations and correspondences
  • Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
  • This role is on-site at Petaling Jaya area with Flexi working hours available.
  • Contract based, 6 to 12 months with possibility of converting to Full time.
