Position: Warehouse Executive (Shah Alam / Port Klang)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse system
- Perform stock control activities, stock rotation, and basic stock count
- Support daily manufacturing requirements and material movement
- Coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, and QC/QA teams
- Inspect incoming goods and ensure proper handling and storage
- Prepare and process warehouse-related documentation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Comply with company quality, food safety and Halal requirements
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience
- Basic knowledge of inventory system is an advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Who is able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate activities to meet manufacturing needs
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS / ERP, auto count, and cycle count
- Monitor stock movement, investigate variances, and improve stock control processes
- Coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, and QC/QA teams
- Ensure FIFO, stock rotation, optimal storage conditions, and temperature control
- Oversee loading/unloading activities and verify goods against delivery orders
- Review and improve warehouse systems, methods, and procedures for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality management system, food safety, food defence, and Halal requirements
- Maintain warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and loss prevention
- Handle documentation and reports related to warehouse operations
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience in auto count, WMS / ERP system (mandatory)
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
