Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle / IFRS17, Insurance)

We are partnering with a leading insurer undergoing a large-scale Oracle Finance transformation, and they are looking to bring on a strong Finance Systems Analyst to support the implementation.
This role sits between Finance and IT, ideal for candidates from an insurance background who enjoy working in a project-driven, system implementation environment rather than pure BAU.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Oracle Finance implementation, including SIT and UAT cycles
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation across systems
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams to ensure smooth integration
- Support localisation of global system design to meet insurance regulatory requirements
- Assist in data gap analysis and process improvements
- Track and resolve defects, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity
Requirements
- Must have insurance industry experience (life, general, or reinsurance)
- Experience in finance systems / ERP implementation (Oracle or SAP)
- Exposure to IFRS17 / finance transformation projects is a strong advantage
- Strong experience in reconciliation, testing (SIT/UAT), and data handling
- Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced project environment
