We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our growing team. If you enjoy breaking things (before users do), care deeply about product quality, and thrive in a fast-moving environment — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive and complex test cases for Web and API applications to ensure high test coverage and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and track bugs, providing impact assessments and risk analysis, and actively drive issues to resolution.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly tested.
- Continuously improve testing processes, documentation, and tools to enhance overall testing efficiency.
- Adapt test plans quickly when requirements change, and mentor junior QA members when needed.
- Introduce and leverage test automation tools and methodologies to improve team productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Software QA (Web and/or API testing).
- Strong ability to create test cases, test plans, and test strategies based on requirements.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) & good understanding of system behavior and business logic.
- Strong bug analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Effective cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to adapt to frequent requirement changes while maintaining quality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to continuously learn and improve
