- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Efficiently check guests in and out, handling all reception and concierge duties
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing solutions and recommendations
- Answering phone calls promptly and with good manners
- Handling and replying emails
- Assist with luggage handling and maintaining a clean and tidy lobby area
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures (cashiering)
- Provide guidance and information to guests about the hotel’s facilities and local attractions
- Actively contribute to the team’s efforts to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records and documentation as required
- Guest Service Assistant: Fresh grads, LESS THAN 2 YEARS of experience in Front Office department
- Guest Service Exec: Supervisory level, MORE THAN 2 YEARS of experience in Front Office department
