Guest Service Assistant / Guest Service Executive

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, handling all reception and concierge duties
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing solutions and recommendations
  • Answering phone calls promptly and with good manners
  • Handling and replying emails
  • Assist with luggage handling and maintaining a clean and tidy lobby area
  • Process payments and manage cash handling procedures (cashiering)
  • Provide guidance and information to guests about the hotel’s facilities and local attractions
  • Actively contribute to the team’s efforts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation as required
  • Guest Service Assistant: Fresh grads, LESS THAN 2 YEARS of experience in Front Office department
  • Guest Service Exec: Supervisory level, MORE THAN 2 YEARS of experience in Front Office department
