We’re looking to add a Technician Automation in Tebrau, Johor.
Assist Automation Engineer in setting up and maintaining current automation machines which include documentation preparations, machine performance, machine preventive maintenance, daily machine buy-off for production, process monitoring and tracking.
As a Technician Automation, You will:
- Responsible for Automation machines in assisting Automation Engineers in maintaining and improving the machine performance in order to have good quality, better yield and reduce machine downtime;
- Responsible for assisting Automation Engineers in setting up and maintaining the machines which include documentation preparation, machine performance, machine preventive maintenance, daily machine buy-off for production, process monitoring and tracking;
- Responsible for Automation Operation product assembly processes sustaining which include machine trouble shooting, product yields, quality reporting, maintaining machine parameters for production and spare part issue reporting.
- Assist and execute planned machine preventive as per schedule in the machine PM list.
- Responsible for assisting Automation Engineers in New Product phase in activities and participating in engineering evaluation;
- Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs;
- Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.
What skills and experiences are we looking:
· SPM with years of experience or Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering;
· Possesses basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment with minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
· Knowledge of Computer Skills;
· Ability to understand instructions and communicate clearly with engineers, supervisors and operators;
· Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels;
· Possess good judgment skills.
