Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit reports related to LMW compliance
- Handle LMW applications (e.g., GPB & K9) independently
- Liaise with customers and manage complaints effectively
- Proactively support the implementation of company safety policies
- Monitor daily invoicing and open job files for applications
- Arrange export, import and local shipment in order, planning and monitor the progress.
- Responsible with LMW License, monthly and yearly report.
- Responsible for full set import/export document preparation (eg invoice, PL and DO).
- To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for import/export declaration and clearance while complying with all the Customs and LMW license regulations.
- Responsible to participate and handle LMW audit.
- Work closely with forwarder and transporter to coordinate the cargo to reach on time.
- Prepare monthly steel movement report to account department.
- Knowledge in License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in reading drawing will be added advantage
Requirement:
- Minimum: STPM/ A-Level/ Pre-U/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in any related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in licensing/ LMW field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook. Excel, Word)
