About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at QUEST ASIA MEDICAL SDN. BHD.. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the KL, Selangor and Melaka. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
What you’ll be doing
- Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities
- Scheduling and conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with clients
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Sales industry, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants sub-industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using sales CRM tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
