Admin and Account Executive

Job Description:

  • Able to handle Full Set of Accounts for Legal Firm, familiar with Office Account and Client Account.
  • Familiar with Denning software is preferred.
  • Able to maintain honesty and duty of confidentiality of Firm’s information (account).
  • In charge of Accounts Payable, keep track of staff leave record and assist in staff payroll.
  • In charge of Accounts Receivables, billing to clients and follow up payment.
  • Timely submission and accuracy in filing of all statutory filing, including EPF, SST, Socso, Corporate tax, audited accounts to Bar Council etc.

Job Requirement:

  • LCCI Qualification or equivalent, computer literate.
  • Minimum 3 years working in legal firm accounting.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting software. Flaring knowledge in Denning software is preferred.
  • Hardworking, responsible, meticulous, able to multi-tasks, well organized and strong teamwork.
  • Good time management and capable of working with a strict timeline.
  • Able to hold up confidentiality of Firm’s account.
