- Position: Construction / Site Manager
- Location: Johor Bahru District
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site operations for engineering and construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on site matters
- Resolve site technical issues and construction challenges
- Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ensures the implementation of the ISO 9001requirements are effectively carried out
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction/ Mechanical / Electrical) or related field
- Minimum 5 years and more of site management experience in construction or engineering projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of construction and ( fit-out works & M&E works is advantages)
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to be based on site and work extended hours when required
