ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

  • Inputting accounting transactions into accounting system
  • Handling accounts payable and receivables
  • Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of bank statements
  • Assisting in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
  • Maintaining an organized and systematic filing system
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments on payments and account inquiries
  • Supporting on additional tasks when required and performing all duties assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Certificate / Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • A high level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
