The Role
We’re looking for an HR Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on generalist role covering a range of HR functions, with a strong focus on employee engagement and support. You’ll be a key point of contact for our staff and consultants, helping them navigate workplace matters and ensuring a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, off-boarding, leave administration, and employee records
- Act as a point of contact for employees and consultants, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HR matters
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
- Assist with HR policies, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company guidelines
- Coordinate with payroll and finance on employee-related matters
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
- Empathetic, approachable, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
