About the role
Premier Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our business, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
