Are you a tech enthusiast who loves digging into complex challenges? We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to pioneer our outreach and connect with innovators in the manufacturing world. Your mission will be to seek out new opportunities, engage prospects in meaningful discussions, and identify how our automation platform can solve their toughest problems.
Think of this role as being a detective and a consultant—not a salesperson. You’ll help companies envision a more efficient, automated future.
What You’ll Do:
Drive New Business Conversations
- Hunt for and pinpoint target accounts across key industries like advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and robotics.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo to create strategic outreach lists and tailor your approach.
- Develop compelling messages that educate prospects and highlight the value of intelligent automation.
Connect and Qualify
- Engage with potential clients to explore their current automation workflows and identify key pain points.
- Assess which opportunities are the best fit based on their applications and strategic potential.
- Schedule introductory meetings and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our senior sales team.
Inform and Improve Our Strategy
- Work closely with the marketing team to test and optimize campaign messaging.
- Be the voice of the customer, providing critical feedback on market trends and competitive insights.
- Ensure all activities and customer interactions are accurately tracked in our CRM.

What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in a proactive sales or business development role, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or an industrial field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and on the phone.
- Hands-on experience with sales automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- The organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
- A plus if you have: A basic understanding of manufacturing processes, robotics, or CAD software.
