Work Experience
- At least 1 year experience in logistics roles or related fields

- STPM or Diploma in Logistic / related fields

- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay
Job Description
1. Order and shipping management operations
1.1 – Oversee the processing of shipment orders and guarantee timely delivery to clients.
1.2 – Communicate with internal departments, carriers, customs officials, and customers to resolve issues and facilitate smooth shipping operations.
1.3 – Prepare payment letters and necessary report related to shipping orders.
2. Payment Processing
2.1 – Manage customer payment inquiries and offsets, as well as the issuance of Credit Notes for discount operations.
Other Requirements
- Proficient in logistics software as well as the Microsoft Office.
- Have good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Be able to flexibly respond to various changes and emergencies situations related to shipments.
- Must adhere to the company’s work system, have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to handle work-related pressure.
