HR Assistant (Contract)

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a dynamic work environment, This position will be able to gain mentorship and training from experienced HR professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

‣ Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling

‣ Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases .

‣ Support onboarding and offboarding processes

‣ Support training, HR events and employee engagement activities

‣ Support employee relations and conflict resolution

‣ Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

‣ Assist general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

‣ Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Job Requirements:

‣ Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

‣ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

‣ Detail-oriented and well-organized

‣ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

‣ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

‣ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

‣ Fresh graduates are welcomed
