About the Role:-
We are looking for an IT Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing EMZI’s business applications, supporting digital transformation projects, and driving our AI initiatives. You’ll ensure systems run smoothly, optimize workflows, and help us leverage technology to deliver better business results.
What You’ll Do
1. Implement, maintain, and support core business systems (ERP, POS, in-house apps).
2. Troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and liaise with vendors.
3. Collaborate with departments to customize systems that fit business needs.
4. Support AI projects across retail, logistics, finance, and operations.
5. Monitor AI system performance, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance with PDPA & IT security.
6. Analyse workflows, propose automation opportunities, and train end-users.
7. Prepare dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for management insights.
What We’re Looking For
1. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
2. 3+ years experience with PHP Laravel, system development, and database management (SQL).
3. Hands-on knowledge of ERP, POS, CRM, and reporting tools.
4. Familiar with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Emergent, or others).
5. Skilled in Git, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
6. Strong problem-solving, communication, and business acumen.
7. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tech.
