Key Responsibilities
– Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
– To review daily cash flows position, and Responsible to prepare budget and forecast.
– To prepare audit schedule for balance sheet and P&L items and draft financial statement.
– To handle full set of monthly management accounts and ensure its timely submission for monthly & quarterly.
– Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management in strategic decision-making.
– Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
– Assist on preparation of consolidation reporting and analysis.
– Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes and reporting.
– To manage / execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
– Support ad-hoc projects, business expansion, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years in supervisory roles.
• Experience in working with listed company is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Experience in people management is an added advantage.
• A good team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly committed, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
