Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Delivery
· Manage campaign details and coordinate with clients, brand teams, creative agencies, and media agencies.
· Prepare and distribute traffic instructions through the XR platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Work with Global Clearance teams to ensure compliance with broadcast standards.
· Create and manage production and distribution orders (e.g., encoding, captioning).
· Support campaign estimations, billing, and monthly reporting of billables.
Client Retention & Engagement
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support long-term retention.
· Act as a key contact for clients on campaign-related matters, ensuring consistent communication and support.
· Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and added value.
· Partner with internal teams to implement retention-focused strategies.
Workflow & Collaboration
· Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across markets.
· Collaborate with regional and global teams to support consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
· Participate in projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing client retention and campaign operations.

Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
· Relevant experience in advertising, broadcast, campaign services, or related industries.
· Prior exposure to client servicing or account management, with a focus on retention and engagement.
· Familiarity with broadcast traffic procedures and campaign operations.
Skills & Tools
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
· Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and tools (e.g., XR platform).
