Machine Vision Maintenance Engineer

Job Description :
1.Responsible for daily maintenance, debugging, and troubleshooting of machine vision systems;
2.Maintain and install vision-related hardware such as industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and robotic arms;
3.Handle maintenance and optimization of lighting setups and vision software engineering;
4.Support production and equipment teams in improving vision inspection system performance and problem analysis;
5.Work closely with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure stable operation of vision systems;
6.Participate in new project implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of vision systems.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, or other related engineering fields;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in machine vision or image processing;
- Familiar with industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and robotic/mechatronic systems;
- Proficient in using vision software and algorithm libraries such as VisionPro and Vision Master;
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and on-site debugging skills;
- Familiar with HCVision software (training will be provided by Huicui).
- Experience in automation production lines or visual inspection systems;
- Programming skills in C#, Python, or LabVIEW;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
