SALES EXECUTIVE

Job description:

  • Develop new account locally
  • Manage existing account assigned by team leader
  • Provide market information and feedback on customers
  • Visit customers locally
  • Cross sell all products
  • Prepare weekly report on daily activities
  • Prepare bi-monthly sales pipeline report
  • Work with PIC & team leader on all enquires
  • Attending to sales enquiries and quotations
  • Source new products for customer’s enquiries
  • Follow up on orders and delivery
  • State in charge for prepare bi-monthly group report & weekly report to discuss with Sales manager.
  • Responsible for Cryogenic, Helium, Logistics, Tank Leasing, R&M Market
  • Visiting local competitors to gather market information & competitiveness benchmark ratings
  • Attending related conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.
  • Follow up with new/ existing customer enquiries & Sales Leads for Bulk Liquid/ ISO Tanks/ Trading/ Repairs and Maintenance/ Cryo Logistic/ Projects/ Trading
  • Scheduling of supply & demand for liquid for local & HQ
  • Generate quotations
  • Chase for Purchase Orders from customer
  • Filling up Purchase Requisition Form
  • Endorse on PR forms
  • Check & approve on Purchase Orders from customer
  • Check & Countersign on Tax Invoices and Sales Order
  • To assist account department to chase for outstanding or overdue payments from customer
  • L/C Submission to bank for shipping department
  • Suppliers/Customer’s quality complaints
  • Market Intelligence
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in oil and gas, fresh graduate also welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective clients
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Johor & other state.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Malay.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting improvements
  • Service-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
