Retail Operations Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Streamline retail processes and standards by collaborating with various teams to enhance operations.
- Internal Control Support: Assist in risk assessment and regular reviews to strengthen internal controls.
- Store Operations Support: Work with construction, marketing, and GTM managers to ensure resources are allocated effectively for stores.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize retail department and regional meetings to foster effective communication.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from frontline teams to improve business processes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in the retail industry, preferably in operations or management; team/project management experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong coordination and meeting organization skills for effective teamwork.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights from feedback.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing projects and coordinating resources for timely task completion.
- Adaptability: Quick learner who can adjust to changes in the retail market.
- Professional Skills: Knowledge of retail processes and basic risk management for effective operations.
- Other Requirements: Team player who can work under pressure; proficient in office software and data analysis tools.
