- RM 2,600 – RM 3,600 per month
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as issuing sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, official receipts, payment vouchers, handling phone and email inquiries, etc.
- Handle company documents (filing, printing, scanning and submitting)
- Arrange and manage daily incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and follow up on goods purchases
- Responsible for providing timely, effective and professional responses to various customer service inquiries / complaints
- Following up on customer payment progress and credit control
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry
