Admin Executive

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as issuing sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, official receipts, payment vouchers, handling phone and email inquiries, etc.
  • Handle company documents (filing, printing, scanning and submitting)
  • Arrange and manage daily incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and follow up on goods purchases
  • Responsible for providing timely, effective and professional responses to various customer service inquiries / complaints
  • Following up on customer payment progress and credit control
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry
