Job Responsibilities:-
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
- Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, and occupancy rates.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic.
- Monitor and optimize mall profitability and revenue streams.
- Ensure facility maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for business growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to enhance mall performance.
- Lead and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years in mall management, retail operations, or property management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and property regulations.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize revenue.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to enhance visitor experience.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required.
- The candidate must be able to work in AEON Mall Shah Alam, Selangor.
