Job responsibilities
– To prepare project documentation as per customer requirement and submit within expected dateline.
– To ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
– To follow up closely with manufacturers for documents to be submitted as per contract timeline.
– To perform ad-hoc assignments if required.
Requirements
– Minimum Degree/diploma in any discipline
– Experience in project documentation submission, especially in oil and gas industry
– Have a strong sense of urgency, meticulous and excellent follow up skills
– Good filing and organization skills
– Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
