Job Description:
- Take charge of the HR payroll section, manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and analyse monthly HR Reports, including employee headcount, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide ideas on the HR process improvement or best practices particularly in payroll matters.
- Assist in talent acquisition, training and employee relations, including handling disciplinary matters.
- Support government, customer or internal audit matters as needed.
- Perform any other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to payroll and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR Best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, in preparing analysis reports.
- Knowledge on HRIS (MyWave / HR2000) is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling face paced environment with proactive mindset.
