HR Senior Executive / Section Head (Payroll)

Job Description:

  • Take charge of the HR payroll section, manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly HR Reports, including employee headcount, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics for management review.
  • Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. 
  • Provide ideas on the HR process improvement or best practices particularly in payroll matters.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, training and employee relations, including handling disciplinary matters. 
  • Support government, customer or internal audit matters as needed. 
  • Perform any other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 3 – 4  years of experience in HR with strong exposure to payroll and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR Best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, in preparing analysis reports.
  • Knowledge on HRIS (MyWave / HR2000) is an added advantage. 
  • Experience in handling face paced environment with proactive mindset.
