Ensure timely completion of all assigned quality control activities including daily inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with policies and standards set.
Immediately report any detected non-confirming products to the supervisor, facilitating corrective actions to salvage defective items and minimize production waste.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests, inspections and outcomes to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure that all products and processes comply with industry regulations, customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Identify areas for process improvements and work with the production team to implement changes that enhance product quality and efficiency.
Ensure all testing equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, coordinating with other departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing quality, reducing defects and increasing overall efficiency.
