JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for work progress from beginning until handover project.
- Daily monitoring and coordinating construction work at site.
- Ensure all work done in accordance to the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.
- Controlling of resources such as materials, labour, tools, machinery and etc.
- Prepare requisition for materials and ensure all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.
- To control and manage sub-contractors at site.
- To ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on site.
- Prepare and submit proper record of site diary, site measurement and project progress report.
- Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, sub-con, machinery, materials at site.
- To prepare and maintain up-to-date record on all materials at site.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Head of Dept from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry, particularly in high-rise building projects.
- Committed, good communication and supervision skills.
- Result oriented, success driven and self-starter.
- Able to handle work with pressure and take work load.
