Senior Fund Accountant (Experienced in PE/VC)

Job Requirements:-
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce or Finance
– Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA are highly regarded.
– 3-5 years’ experience in accounting with a specialty in private equity, or a combination of audit/fund administration and private equity funds experience is highly regarded.
Job Scope:-
– Perform trade upload, reconciliation, valuation and fee calculations for various fund types.
– Prepare periodic Net Asset Valuation (NAV) calculations, financial statements and associated reports;
– Meet expectations of fund participants and adhere to deadlines;
– Prepare/ review various statements and notices including but not limited to investor capital call and distribution notices.
– Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required.
– Actively review and/or sign off on standard controls including: cash and asset reconciliation; and
– Perform additional duties as and when assigned.
