About the role:
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to enhance our HR operations, ensuring seamless employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You will be the backbone of our HR function, ensuring employees are supported and HR processes are run efficiently.
Your Mission:
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions in compliance with labour laws.
- Co-organize employee engagement program.
HR Compliance & Policies
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company values.
- Assist in policies development and implementation.
- Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, contracts, and compliance records.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in managing monthly payroll and benefits enrolment,
- Participate in compensation benchmarking and job evaluations.
HR System and Reporting
- Manage Internal HR engagement system.
- Generate HR metrics which inclusive of turnover analyst.
- MS Team channel management and HR data maintenance.
Training & Onboarding
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Performance & Talent Management
- Assist in development and oversee the performance appraisal process, guiding managers on feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Support succession planning, talent retention strategies and employee development initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience (with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Proven track record in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- HRIS proficiency.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
