The Marketing team plays a strategic, cross-functional role between the different departments of investment, product development and sales. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to expand beyond traditional operations or analyst roles into a more strategic, visible and commercially impactful function, while deepening their understanding of capital markets and client needs.
1. Fund Performance & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Fund Performance materials, reports, statistics and marketing presentation slides.
- Compile and analyse fund data using Bloomberg and Lipper for reporting, benchmarking and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with investment and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in all materials.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote wealth management and investment services.
- Develop marketing collaterals and messaging for Company’s clients, such as high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients, as well as distribution partners like banks.
3. Events & Client Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of investment seminars, client events and webinars.
- Manage event logistics, invitations and post-event reporting and follow-up.
4. Content Development
- Assist in writing and editing brochures, factsheets, newsletters and presentations.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, preferably wealth or asset management.
- Proficiency in using Bloomberg and Lipper for financial data compilation and analysis.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of fund performance metrics and financial industry compliance is an advantage
