EasyParcel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will engage with our valued clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing support throughout their journey with us.
🎯Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with internal and external teams, and implement creative solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
🔎Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field or recent graduates with a degree in a relevant field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant customer service software and tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
