About the role
As an IT Recruiter at Agensi Pekerjaan Achieve Career Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd (JTKSM 579), you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent for a variety of IT roles within our client companies. This is a full-time position based in our office in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. You will play a crucial part in helping us build high-performing teams for our clients in the technology industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media platforms
- Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Providing timely feedback and updates to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and database to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our processes
What we’re looking for
- Preferably relevant experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant IT degrees are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to identify the right technical skills and qualifications for various roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on delivering results
