Responsibilities:
- Work accordance with company Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
- Manage and update all incoming and outgoing documentations are meets formal requirements and required standards, registered in tracking logs, stored on the server and easily accessible by the project team.
- To ensure and understand the different forms of documentations such as correspondence, all ISO Form template and the response time required.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
- Conducting regular reviews and documents with Project Person In-charge to ensure the project follow our company standard ISO.
- Preparing documentation related with administration for Pre-Qualification of Tender documentation.
- Follow up with the Authorities for company’s certificate and other relevant issues.
- Responsible to execute project implementation accordance to agreed customer requirement and always refer to the established ISO 9001 Quality Manual, Procedures Manuals and Work Instruction Manuals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards & experience in supporting internal and external audits related to documentation is advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume of documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office
