Sales Executive (Chemical / Automation)

Main functions:
To push current chemicals/ automation product portfolio into glove manufacturing sector & beef up Sales team
Duties:
General
- To promote and sell current chemicals in the company’s product portfolio
- Travelling to visit current & potential customers
- Making technical presentations and demonstration
- To conduct market surveys when required, in order to understand customers requirements
- To prepare quotations for clients
- To achieve sales & volume targets as set out by Management
- Able to collect market intelligence on competitor’s market activities
- Identify, analyse and resolve technical issues reported by customer
- Discuss, communicate and align with manufacturers from different countries on issues that happened
- Being an intermediary between our customers and product manufacturers
- Educate user on product features and best practices to help them better in the application and using the software or hardware more effectively and prevent future issues
Working conditions:
- Based in Setia Alam Office.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9.00 a.m. to – 5.00 p.m. (flexibility to clock in/out within 30 minutes)
- Lunch time: 1 hour break between 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Employment Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic and Automation Engineering or a related technical field. (for Automation Sales Executive)
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Polymer or a related technical field. (for Chemical Sales Executive)
- Added advantage if related with working experience.
- Good command in Mandarin is essential as have to deal with customers and our China based manufacturers.
- Willing to travel regularly to interstate and overseas.
- Possess own transport.
- Good business communication skills, technical know-how and business presentation.
