REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Position reports to: SECTION CONTROLLER
Positions supervised: LEADER & OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Diploma, Pre-U and above/ equivalent
Skills: Able to read and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Good mathematical skills are required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect & analyze products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Emphasis on technical and analysis skills, troubleshooting, and adherence to procedures.
- Operate machinery and production equipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine checks to ensure proper functioning of machine/equipment.
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality control.
- Troubleshooting product & process issues and implement creative improvement plans to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Providing training and development to team members.
- Keep accurate records as per SOP.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Follow shift schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Practice good 5S and 3F and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Report abnormalities or issues to the superior.
