  • Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates, and finalizing accounts documentation.
  • Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities, and site measurements of completed work.
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
  • Prepare, call, and evaluate tenders, as well as value variation orders.
  • Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction field.
  • Pre & Post contracts management experience in fast track project.
  • Taking-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation and final account
  • Proficient in English language.
