CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description :

  • Conduct service reminder to customer through SMS and call to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership
  • Cooordinate and record customer’s appointment booking and plot capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of operations in dealership 
  • Handle customer’s concern , analyse root cause and take improvement activities
  • Ensure all customers’ voice is promptly reported to dealer management
  • Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring
  • Attend to all customer relations i.e. enquiries or complaints, ensure all cases are being solve
  • To ensure compliance to customer data utilization by dealer management and Honda Malaysia
  • Facilitate channeling of requests to relevant departments or personals.
  • To develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to  management 
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement :

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communications or any related field with at least 1 to 3 years working experience as Customer Relations Executive. 
  • Experience as a Customer Relations Executive within the automotive industry will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Customer Service Oriented and embrace that “Customers Come First” mind set.
  • Independent, high commitment, self-motivated and able to promote good problem solving.
  • Salary will be based on candidate’s qualification, skill and relevant working experience.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
  • Willing to work at Kota Kemuning , Shah Alam,  Selangor 
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
