Summary
To overview the whole plant human resources matter including manpower planning, organization structure to support the continuous growth of the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Administer employee’s relations matter such as canteen , lockers , worker’s transportation , PPE & ESD Smocks.
- Administer hotel accommodation and ground transportation for guest.
- Administer for Direct Employee Induction Program.
- Administer the new joiner and resign employee data entry in DAS System.
- Administer for Interview arrangement.
- Act as Office Front Desk Personnel & answering incoming calls.
- Administer Company mailings & couriers.
- Administer HR Department Memo Board Updates.
- Administer all HR guest pre-registration in VMS System including DL interview candidates
- Administer Lobby Area & the side Meeting Room.
- Other task / responsibilities which may assigned from time to time.
Qualifications , Education and/or Experience
- Min SPM in related field with relevant experience
- At least more than 2-3 years working experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Problem solving
- Knowledge on ISO 9001/ EMS 14000
Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English and Bahasa language verbally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to perform additions, subtractions, etc.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

Work Environment

Work Requirements
- Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork including international travel
- Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines
- Possess own vehicle and valid license
- Adaptability – Efficient under pressure, always meet deadlines
