We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth running of our operations and delivering excellent support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively with clients to address their needs.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Check parents’ payments and issue receipts promptly on a monthly basis.
- Manage incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee students’ enrollment processes and ensure timely tuition fee collections.
- Coordinate and arrange replacement tutors for absences to ensure seamless class continuity.
Requirements
- Education: Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (CGPA 3.5 and above are encouraged to apply).
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
