What you’ll be doing
- To manage walk-in customers, dealers and/or retailers at the service centre
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance to resolve customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- To perform courier packing & arrangements when required
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar front-desk or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
