Assistant Document Controller

  • Gua Musang, Kelantan

  • RM 2,500 – RM 3,200 per month

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate amongst Client, Contractor, and all Consultants on documents received or to be disseminated.
  • To compile and store all incoming and outgoing documents, calculations, reports, drawings and data to and from relevant parties in the project.
  • To disseminate data received to the relevant parties in a quick and efficient manner.
  • To have a register of all documents received and sent out and to update it regularly.
  • To provide report on document status whenever required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience on major civil infrastructure, hydroelectric, or highway projects.
  • Should be familiar with current software used for document control such as Aconex.
  • Meticulous, well organized, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English.
  • Location: Gua Musang, Kelantan
  • Contract: 2 Years
  • Able to start work immediately
