Admin Assistant

Tong Woh Group is looking for a responsible  Admin Assistant/Senior for processing sales orders, entering them into the SAP system, and managing related documentation such as invoices, picking lists, and delivery orders. This role requires close coordination with the logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries and support for supply chain activities.   

Main Responsibilities: –

  • Ensure sales orders are processed and accurately entered into the SAP system.
  • Manage other sales-related documentation, including invoices and related matters.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Generate and manage supply chain-related documents, such as picking lists, stock return reports, and delivery orders.
  • Assist in monthly stock-taking activities to ensure accurate inventory records. 
  • Support the logistics team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Comfortable working in ALCOHOL beverages industry.

Qualifications: –

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as logistics, supply chain or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP or DMS systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal departments and external partners. 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (preferably). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Comfortable working in ALCOHOL beverages industry.
