Job Scope for a Digital Marketing Administrator

1. Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate and Execute Campaigns: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC).
  • Track Performance: Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports on KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

2. Content Management:

  • Content Creation: Assist in the development of content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Content Scheduling: Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of posts and updates.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Platform Management: Oversee the organization’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages, fostering community engagement.

4. SEO and SEM:

  • Optimization: Support SEO efforts by assisting with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates.
  • Paid Search: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.

5. Data Analysis:

  • Analytics Tools: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Reporting: Generate and present reports on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

6. Project Coordination:

  • Task Management: Coordinate with various teams (e.g., designers, content creators, developers) to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in managing resources and budgets for marketing projects.

7. Market Research:

  • Trend Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Keep track of competitors’ digital marketing strategies and performance.

8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Database Management: Assist in managing CRM systems to track customer interactions and data.
  • Campaign Segmentation: Help segment email lists and target audiences for personalized marketing efforts.

9. Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., data protection laws, advertising guidelines).
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to recommend improvements.

Job Scope for a HR Assistant

1. Recruitment and Hiring Support:

• Assisting in posting job advertisements and managing job listings.

• Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

• Preparing and processing new hire documentation (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts).

• Supporting background checks and reference verifications.

2. Onboarding and Orientation:

• Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees (e.g., setting up workstations, providing access to systems).

• Preparing orientation materials and helping with introductory training sessions.

3. Employee Record Management:

• Maintaining and updating employee files and databases.

• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee records.

7. Exit Procedures:

• Assisting with offboarding employees (e.g., preparing exit documentation, conducting exit interviews).

• Ensuring all company assets are returned and final paperwork is completed.
