Job Description:
- Assist in handling billing for various areas including fuel payments, vehicle rentals, and other necessary expenses.
- Support the administration of fuel cards, including tracking usage and managing card issuance.
- Monitor and analyze fuel consumption data to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers for short-term vehicle rentals.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent qualifications.
- Fresh graduates or those with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Multilingual communication skills (especially Chinese language) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Energetic, determined, and eager to learn.
