Job Description:

  1. Assist in handling billing for various areas including fuel payments, vehicle rentals, and other necessary expenses.
  2. Support the administration of fuel cards, including tracking usage and managing card issuance.
  3. Monitor and analyze fuel consumption data to optimize efficiency.
  4. Assist in the day-to-day management of the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance.
  5. Identify and evaluate new suppliers for short-term vehicle rentals.
  6. Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  7. Conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
  8. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and standards.
     

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Fresh graduates or those with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  4. Multilingual communication skills (especially Chinese language) are an advantage.
  5. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  6. Energetic, determined, and eager to learn.
