You will lead in administrative management, championing quality assurance, and ensuring safety compliance to meet regulatory requirements. Fostering a culture of excellence where operational efficiency, product/service integrity, and workplace safety converge seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
1. Administrative Excellence
- Efficient Office Management: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within administrative functions, implementing changes as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve administrative issues and conflicts.
- Executive Support: Provide support to General Manager and HR, handling confidential information and tasks as required.
2. Quality Assurance
- Lead the team in delivering Customer Service Excellence in area of order fulfillment for customers.
- Develop and maintain robust quality management systems to uphold product/service standards. It includes all aspects of development and management of an efficient order management process through to delivery & invoicing of orders.
- Monitor and evaluate quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Safety Compliance
- Comply and work towards meeting the company’s HSE objectives and policies
- Establish and enforce safety policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks in the workplace.
- Provide training and education programs to promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or any related disciplines.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Advantageous if possess knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP and equivalent.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferably with numerical flair and has the eye for details.
